Every home buyer needs the assistance of a real estate professional that is ethical, experienced, and professional.  That’s why I-MichiganRealEstate.com only refers the most qualified Realtors in Michigan.  All of our co-operating Real Estate Agents are pre-screened and must qualify as a full time professional before we will consider them for our referral program. 

First, all of our participating real estate agents must be members of the National Association of Realtors.  Membership to the NAR is a requirement for a real estate agent to be able to call themselves a Realtor.  This is very important because a real estate agent that is not a member of the NAR is just that, a real estate agent and not a Realtor. 

The National Association of Realtors instituted a strict Code of Ethics many years ago which every Realtor is required to follow, live and work by.  Abiding by the Code of Ethics is vital when representing a home buyer or when representing a home seller.  Without ethical standards the industry would be unable to ensure home buyers and sellers would be represented fairly.

Second, every participating Realtor must also be a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors.  The Michigan Association of Realtors is the local arm of The National Association of Realtors and performs like functions. 

Third, each participating Realtor must be a member in good standing of a local real estate board.  We will not refer to non-board or non-participating real estate agents.  As an example the Western Wayne Oakland County Association of Realtors is one of the major real estate boards serving the Southeastern Michigan Area.  Many of our participating Realtors are members of WWOCAR. 

Fourth, the backgrounds of every participating Realtor are thoroughly checked by                        I-MichiganRealEstate.com.  I-MichiganRealEstate.com checks to see if there have been any complaints or grievances filed with their respective board of Realtors.  I-MichiganRealEstate.com also ensures that every Realtor is duly licensed under the laws of the State of Michigan and that the Realtors license is in good standing.

 Fifth, every participating Realtor must be a full-time professional real estate agent that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to I-MichiganRealEstate.com customers.  All of our participating real estate agents are career real estate professionals.  You will never be referred to a part-time real estate agent.  You wouldn’t want a part-time doctor, lawyer, electrician or carpenter.  Of course you don’t want a part-time Realtor either.  I-MichiganRealEstate.com understands the real estate industry and knows that home buyers and home sellers need the high level of representation a true, full-time professional can provide.
